We do not operate as a manual design or branding agency, and any references to bespoke project management or physical design agency deliverables do not apply to our automated self-service plans.

Our Content

Client Materials & Inputs

You retain ownership of any materials, text prompts, or assets you provide to our platform for processing ("Inputs"). By sharing content with us, you grant AI Video Services Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify that content solely for the purpose of providing, rendering, and delivering our services to you.

Generated Deliverables

Upon full payment of your subscription or platform usage fees, you receive all intellectual property rights to the final video deliverables generated by the platform. Unless you explicitly opt out via your account settings, we retain a limited right to use the work for our portfolio and promotional purposes.

Consumer Rights, Cancellation & Refunds

If you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom, your purchases are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

14-Day Statutory Cooling-Off Period

As a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel your subscription or digital purchase within 14 days of making your initial payment without giving any reason.

Waiver of Right to Cancel for Immediate Provision

Important: Our service provides instant access to automated digital content creation tools. If you choose to log in, begin an AI video generation session, or download/stream a completed video deliverable within your 14-day cancellation window, you will be asked to give your express consent to receive the digital content immediately.

By executing an AI generation task or accessing the premium platform functionalities within those 14 days, you explicitly acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel and get a refund.

Faulty or Misdescribed Digital Content

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if any automated video rendering features or platform software functions are found to be faulty, corrupted, or not as described, you have the right to request a digital repair or replacement. If a repair cannot fix the system defect within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for an appropriate price reduction or a full refund.
